Food Explorers: Banana Chocolate Chip Oat Bars

Join Miss Debbie and Food Explorers as we make delicious and healthy Banana Chocolate Chip Oat Bars. These make a wonderful breakfast or snack, and are super easy to make. You’ll need the following ingredients: 2 large ripe bananas, nut butter of your choice (peanut, almond, sunbutter, etc.), brown sugar, applesauce, old-fashioned OR quick oats (not instant), baking powder, cinnamon, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract (optional).
