Sahaja Meditation is a simple technique that lets you tap into that energy and harness its power to become better balanced and more connected to yourself emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Participants in this ongoing workshop will enjoy better health, increased focus, and a deeper understanding of the universe and your place in it.
