Namaste Me Down to Sleep Bedtime Stories

Please bring your own yoga mat if possible as there are a limited number available to borrow from the Library. This program is best for ages 3 and up. If we need to change our plans due to weather, the event will be a virtual pre-recorded program that will be posted to the Library’s Facebook page and website. It will include sleepy time stories and a slow flow yoga program designed to relax participants before bedtime. Masks will be required for the outdoor event.
