Pumpkin Nights at the Bronx Zoo

Pumpkin Nights is a half-mile jack-o’-lantern trail through the historic Bronx Zoo that tells the story of What Animals Do After Dark through more than 5,000 intricately carved pumpkin sculptures and scenes, thematic music and special lighting techniques. There’s something to do for everyone and every age: photo-ops, live pumpkin carving demonstrations, outdoor games as well as food trucks and seasonal treats – it’s the perfect way for families in the Newtown and Danbury area to spend a special fall evening or add to a NYC getaway as Halloween approaches.
