3 New Boutiques You Don't Want to Miss Shopping This Holiday Season! - Newtown Moms

Getting the perfet gift for everyone on your list can be challenging, especially for those hard-to-shop for family members & friends. And of course, we all want to give unique, special, and memorable gifts to those we love each year.

The best way to find one of a kind gifts, in my opinion, is to shop locally at our area boutiques and shops. Local store owners know their inventory and share the best suggestions when you tell them more about what you’re looking for. Plus who doesn’t love the personalized experience you get with shopping local?

The three boutiques below are all new to the Greater Danbury, opening in 2021.  The share several things in common: they are mom-owned, they’re committed to their communities, and offer different assortments for their customers.

Who: Owners & Moms Heather Amaral (Carter, 8 & Sawyer, 7) & Claudia Newmaker (Arthur, 13 & Sophia, 8)  are long-time New Milford residents.

What: Compass Rose Collections is a design-inspirted boutique located right in historic downtown New Milford. Heather & Claudia share the goal of blending the latest trends in design with timeless elegance, while providing you with inspiration for your own home. They source high-quality products made locally. Offering beautiful home decor, custom silk florals, candles, resin coasters, jewelry, and more, you don’t want to miss the wide selection at Compass Rose this holiday season.

And don’t miss their 12/3 Sip & Shop during the New Milford Holiday Stroll or the 12/11 Thistle & Hyde Pop-Up Shop!
