I know the above meme has been floating around for awhile, but it still gets me every time. So if you’ve felt like July mom recently (I certainly have), here are a few ideas for the month of August.
CT Summer at the Museum
If you haven’t had a chance to take advantage of this awesome program, book your tickets today for the upcoming month! Tickets sell out quick, so be sure to reserve as soon as you have a date in mind. State favorites like the Mystic Aquarium, CT Science Center, Maritime Center, and Beardsley Zoo are all part of this program. Full list is here.
Stroll a Sunflower Field or a Maze
Looking for the perfect photo opportunity this month? Plan a visit to a Sunflower Farm and enjoy a visit to one of the many unique farms located throughout our state. In addition to strolling through the fields, many of these locations also offer additional family friendly activities.
