Baby Food Inspiration from Morea's Plates - Newtown Moms

Tringa Bellaja, mom of two, is the voice behind Morea’s Plates, a new Instagram page focusing on providing nutritious and easy-to-prepare baby, toddler and kid food. Almond Energy Bars

2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp coconut oil 
2 tbsp desiccated coconut flakes
2 tbsp pecans
3/4 cup almond flour
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and place them on a silicone baking tray. 
Turn the oven to the 350 and let them bake for 15 minutes or until they are golden brown

Amaranth, Carrot, & Sweet Potato Puree

2 tbsp Amaranth
1 carrot
1/2 sweet potato

Steam the carrot and sweet potato for 15 min
Boil the Amaranth in water by using 1/2 cup of Amaranth with 1 1/2 cup of water untill the water is evaporated
Blend them all together with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil till you get the desired consistency and done
