Best Spots to Enjoy the Fall Colors | Newtown Moms

Last week I started to notice the leafs on the edges of the road when I was on a walk. According to the Danbury News Times DEEP is predicting a fall full of vibrant colors. They’re predicting peak will begin around 10/3 in the northeastern and northwestern corners of the state.The article outlines the following timeline:

10/3 – 10/15: Peak in Northern Litchfield County and parts of Windham & Tolland Counties
10/16 – 10/23: Hartford, Middlesex, Northern New Haven, and Southern Litchfield Counties
10/24 – 10/30: Shoreline
11/7 – 11/14: Southwest corner of the state
