ALL THINGS THAT GLOW: An Evening UV Walk

The natural world holds many secrets invisible to the naked eye. On this evening walk at the sanctuary, UV flashlights let us glimpse that hidden world by illuminating glowing fungi, fluorescent caterpillars, and the secret architecture of flowers. Come discover how much of nature has been hiding in plain sight all along.

This walk will include very limited use of flashlights and headlamps. Be prepared to walk on the most uneven terrain we find at the sanctuary. Please wear sturdy shoes. Insect repellent is recommended.
