KidSense Therapy Group recently expanded opening a new office location on Federal Road in Danbury. This well-established Milford-based practice was purchased in 2015 by Jennifer Bosma, a Speech-Language Pathologist and Amanda Griffith, an Occupational Therapist with the goal of providing a variety of therapies all under one roof for children in an environment that is conducive to play. As moms, they understand the importance of a comforting, safe, and playful environment for children ages birth – young adult.
This past spring, the group expanded into the Danbury area offering a variety of services such as occupational therapy, speech-language therapy, physical therapy, social-cognitive therapy, executive functioning coaching, feeding therapy, and mental health counseling.
The team of therapists at the Danbury location work with families and educators, connecting the dots by ensuring success not only in the therapeutic session, but also in the home and school environments. Across all therapy types, the team is passionate about children & families getting the support they need. Their goal is to help KIDS make SENSE of their world.
The office in Danbury includes:
- A Therapeutic gym equipped for play
- Smaller rooms for one-on-one therapy
- Private rooms for mental health counseling
