Although the registration link is not live yet, Newtown Public Schools have announced Kindergarten registration timing. In case you missed the ad that ran in this week’s paper, here is the most current information.
On Thursday 2/20, there will be a district wide information session for all parents of children entering Kindergarten for the 2020-2021 school year . This will be held at Reed Intermediate School from 7PM to 8PM. Snow date is 2/27.
The registrations dates are as follows for the schools:
Sandy Hook Elementary – March 10th through 12th
Middle Gate Elementary – March 30th – April 1st
Hawley Elementary – April 6th – April 8th
Head of Meadow Elementary – April 22nd and 23rd

Kindergarten registration opens February 3rd in Danbury. Details for the process are spelled out here.
In Brookfield, parents need fill out the online registration forms and then make an appointment to finish registering in person. Click here for all of the details on the district’s website.
Registration for kindergarten in Bethel also is done online, followed by an appointment with the district registrar. You can find all details here, including appointment times and what is needed to registrar.
