There’s no disputing it, Memorial Day weekend will look a bit different this year. But that doesn’t mean the next two days aren’t great excuses to try some new recipes with your family. Here’s a round-up of some of my favorite barbecue recipes – previously published, as well as a few new ones. Enjoy!

Grilled Jalepeano Poppers – Recipe courtesy of my husband

Ingredients:
Jalapeño
Bacon
Any type of cheese, cream cheese, or jelly

  • Deseed jalapeños with a lobster fork and cut off the top 
  • Stuff jalapeños with cheese
  • Wrap uncooked bacon around the outside of the jalapeño, while sealing the top
  • Grill in tin foil for 20-30 minutes, rotating halfway through
