Attention all Barbie fans! The Kid Zone at the Danbury Fair Mall is hosting a Charming Beads Bash to celebrate Barbie’s 60th (gasp) Birthday. Kids can make beaded jewelry, get a balloon, and get a 20% off coupon good on all Barbie products.
The Greater Hartford St. Patrick’s Day parade kicks off on Saturday at 11AM by the State Capitol. Read all about the parade here.

Newtown Youth Academy is hosting a Football Combine on Saturday afternoon for kids in grade 4 through college. NFL players will take kids through a series of combine drills like the 40 yard dash, pro agility, vertical jump, and position drills. Register on Newtown Youth Academy’s website here.
On Saturday night, the Amber Room in Danbury is hosting the 2019 St. Patrick’s Day Ball. This will honor the Hibernians of the Year. Tickets are $75 each and can be purchased by emailing [email protected] or calling (203) 739-0010.

The Greater New Haven St. Patrick’s Day Parade kicks off on Sunday at 1:30PM. If parades are you thing, this one is an excellent way to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day and is in fact one of the largest single day events in New Haven.
