Where to Visit With Santa! | Newtown Moms

It seems early, but the opportunity to visit with Santa and share your holiday wish lists starts before Thanksgiving! See below for a list of activities and events for your child. And hey, if you go earlier enough you can even use the photo you snap for your Holiday car

Danbury Fair Mall (beginning 11/11)
Santa Magic is back at the Danbury Fair Mall with Santa’s Winter Wonderland opening 11/11. Hours vary throughout the season & reservations are recommended.

Hollandia Garden & Nursery Christmas Spectacular (11/10 – 11/12). Visits with Santa & Mrs. Claus happening every Saturday & Sunday through Christmas.
Visit Hollandia this year and enjoy live music, Santa, and shopping for holiday decor. Hours are 12PM – 3PM

Stew Leonard (beginning 11/24)
Open 7 days a week. Hours vary so please check before heading out.

Bethel Winterfest (11/24)
The Bethel Chamber of Commerce kicks off the holiday season with a fun family-friendly event along Greenwood Avenue. Spend the afternoon shopping and stay the Tree Lighting and opportunity to meet Santa!

Danbury Railway Trains Rides to Visit Santa (weekends beginning 12/2)
All aboard the Snow Clipper for the Gift Express! Enjoy a ride through the Danbury Railyard to visit with Santa. Tickets include the train ride, a visit with Santa, and museum admission.

Light the Lights in CityCenter Danbury (12/2)
Bring your camera for pictures with Santa on the green.

Newtown Rotary Club Pancake Breakfast (12/2)
Head to the Alexandria Room at Edmond Town Hall and enjoy an all-you-can eat breakfast with special performances by Newtown Centre for Classical Ballet & Voice and Lathrop School of Dance. Santa will also visit!

Newtown Holiday Festival (12/3)
This fun and family-oriented event is in support of Newtown Youth & Family Services. Beginning in 11/10, kids have the chance to drop off their Letters to Santa at the Toy Tree in Newtown. And Santa of course, will be at the Holiday Festival happening 12/3 on Main Street.

Santa Sleigh Rides (12/9)
Join Sandy Hook Volunteer Fire for this annual Holiday tradition. Ride in a sleigh through Sandy Hook Center with Santa! Donations suggested to support the fire department.

Firetruck Visits with Santa
Newtown Hook & Ladder, Botsford Fire, Brookfield Fire, and Dodingtown Fire have offered Santa visits as part of holiday fundraising efforts. For more information, please contact the firehouses directly to learn more about Holiday 2022.
