Wondering about CBD? Welcome New England Hemp Farm!! | Newtown Moms

New England Hemp Farm is committed to delivering only the highest quality, thoroughly tested, CBD products to their customers. They are a local company located at 136 Main Street in downtown Westport. NEHF is also busy renovating the old Poquonnock Bridge Firehouse at 13 Fort Hill Rd in Groton, which will be ready next spring. This space will become “The Barn” home of New England Hemp Farm.

While most people have heard about CBD they also have many questions, often regarding what specific products and dosage they should use and what results they should expect from using CBD. Brian Edmonds had those questions and it led him to co-found New England Hemp Farm.  After a 30-year career in finance, Brian was experiencing chronic joint pain resulting from his active lifestyle. A friend recommended a CBD cream but he had many questions regarding the topical solution. Is it safe, would it get me high, were there other products I should look at and where should I but my CBD?

This sparked Brian’s interest and determination to deliver a solution to the many people out there who were interested in CBD but overwhelmed with the experience of actually choosing the products that could truly help them with their health and wellness.  Brian connected with his friend, Keith Bunovsky—a lifelong resident of Connecticut and registered farmer who has grown a successful agriculture business over the last 30 years. Teaming up together they researched to learn and understand the immense benefits CBD has to offer. Many people experience life changing results from using CBD the local duo quickly realized the potential to help deliver to the community a safe, non-addictive alternative for pain mitigation, relief from anxiety, and help with quality sleep.

In early 2019 Brian and Keith formed New England Hemp Farm with not only the goal to help educate the public on the benefits of CBD, but also to provide a place for locals to buy the highest quality CBD products available in the marketplace. NEHF takes pride in offering top-tier customer service from a small business and their trained “Hemp Experts” are always available to answer any questions regarding CBD and its safe usage.

Not only are the founders two local Dads but the VP of Sales- Colin Bannon is the coach for the Staple’s High School Lacrosse Team. NEHF strives to always put community first and gives back to many local organizations such as CT Humane Society, and Catch a Lift for Veterans.
