4th of July Fireworks: Where & When to Catch Them | Newtown Moms

If you’re wondering where to catch fireworks this year, I have you covered. And guess what? Local fireworks displays are starting up this weekend. And as a bonus, there’s tons of places you can catch them throughout our area.

Saturday 6/29 (rain date 6/30: The Danbury Volunteer Fire Department will be setting off fireworks over Candlewood Lake.

Saturday 6/29: Trumbull Day at Trumbull High School commences with a fireworks display. Festivities are happening on Friday & Saturday, so be sure to check it out if you’re in the area.

Saturday 6/29: The town of Redding is holding the Rock & Roots Revival & Fireworks Show at Lonetown Farm.

Wednesday 7/3: The Danbury Mall kicks off their Summer Stage with a block party followed by their annual fireworks display.

Thursday 7/4: Head up to Middlebury and enjoy Quassy Amusement Park’s annual Fireworks show. The party starts at 8PM with $10 tickets and the fireworks go off at 10:15 over Lake Quassapaug.

Saturday 7/6: At 9:30PM, New Milford will be setting off Fireworks over the town Green. The event starts at 6:30PM. Visit the calendar for all the details.
