The Perfect Breakfast Cookie | Newtown Moms

I know I’m not the first (or the last) mom to claim my child is the pickiest eater EVER! Well she is and because of that, I’m constantly searching for quick & easy go to’s that make mealtimes go a bit more smoothly. I will have to say, the meal I’ve been most successful with to date has certainly been breakfast. So when we have a lazy, school delay morning, you can usually find Isabelle & I in the kitchen making this yummy teat found on The Skinny Taste. Besides the fact these cookies are delicious, they are also healthy and only require 3 ingredients. If you’re like me, you always have these 3 things in your pantry.
